Presented by John Adzema, CBIZ MHM, LLC

John Adzema is a Regional Sales Director covering the Midwest region for CBIZ Retirement Plan Services.

He has over 20 years of experience in the retirement plan industry. After starting his career in public accounting at KPMG Peat Marwick, he discovered his niche in the retirement plan administration field, first as a plan sponsor and then as a service provider. Previously, John spent 10 years at Schwab Retirement Plan Services where he directed a team of account executives, managed the pricing and acceptance of all new plan business and was responsible for consultant relations for their entire Midwest region.

John has a BS in Accounting from The University of Akron. Professional designations include:

  • Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA)

  • Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA)

  • Tax-Exempt & Governmental Plan Consultant (TGPC)

  • Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF)

He currently sits on the Tax-Exempt and Governmental Plan Consultant (TGPC) Subcommittee of the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries.

Green Coffee
Presented by Chris Holmes, J.M. Smucker Company

Chris Holmes works at The J.M. Smucker Company as part of the Supply Chain Finance Initiatives team. He has had the opportunity to work on multiple acquisition and project teams since being hired in 2008. He played a key role in implementing manufacturing financials during the company's 2013 database upgrade and now works extensively on process and data restructuring.

Chris holds a BSBA and MBA from Ashland University and also has the CPA, CMA and CGMA designations. He first joined IMA as a student in 2006 where he served in the newsletter and PR role for the Ashland student chapter. He has a special interest in enabling professionals to gain better insights through analyzing and combining data that they already have available in their organization.
