Howard Hanna Mortgage Services
Presented by Jan Miller

Jan Miller is a Loan Originator for Howard Hanna Mortgage Services, currently working from the Green office of Howard Hanna where she enjoys assisting Realtors and their clients with various mortgage loan programs and the home buying process.

Jan is a native of Louisville, KY, but has been a resident of Northern Ohio for 35 years. For 18 years of those years Jan worked as a Real Estate Agent in the Wayne county area, and has since been involved in mortgage lending for the last 14 years.

Jan has two married daughters, and loves spending time with her four active grandchildren. She also enjoys biking, hiking and camping!

National Tooling and Machining Association
Presented by Doug DeRose

Doug DeRose is the VP, Chief Financial & Administrative Officer of the National Tooling and Machining Association. As the national representative of the precision custom manufacturing industry, the National Tooling and Machining Association exists to tell its story with a powerful voice. Backed by nearly 2,000 members, representing more than $40 billion in sales, the NTMA is organized into nearly 50 local chapters throughout the country. The NTMA also serves as a valuable national resource for its members, helping them grow profitably through education programs, workforce development and advocacy.

The organization is headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio. While many of the NTMA members are privately owned independent businesses, the products and services they provide are absolutely vital to the nationís economy. Their products serve industries from aerospace to electronics to nuclear power.
